The Arts Chorale of Greater Lansing, founded in 1980, is a volunteer community ensemble of experienced singers. Dale Bartlett, MSU Professor Emeritus of Music, has directed the group since 1983.

The Arts Chorale is celebrating its 29th season in 2008-09 and will perform three concerts for your enjoyment.

2008-09 Season

December Concert. Tuesday, December 9, University Lutheran Church. Our December concert will feature selected movements from Haydn’s “Nelson Mass” with a small orchestra; and two selections from Les Chansons des Roses by Morten Lauridsen: Contre Qui, Rose and Dirait-on.

Winter Concert. Tuesday, February 24, Plymouth Congregational Church. Featuring MSU Assistant Professor Richard Fracker, tenor.

Spring Concert. Tuesday, May 5, 2009, University Lutheran Church.

25 Years with the ACGL: A reminiscence
